SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern participation in the text messaging program operated by Opportunus Group LLC dba GreetechMEP (“GreetechMEP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from GreetechMEP, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Name

2. Program Description

GreetechMEP may send recurring SMS/text messages concerning commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, controls, components, water-source heat pumps, valves, pumps, cooling towers, product availability, quotations, technical information, training opportunities, events, promotions, and other GreetechMEP business communications. Messages may also relate to inquiries, quotations, projects, orders, customer support, or other business interactions with GreetechMEP.

3. Consent to Receive Messages

By enrolling in the GreetechMEP SMS Messaging Program, you consent to receive recurring text messages from or on behalf of GreetechMEP at the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive SMS marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You are responsible for providing a valid mobile telephone number and for notifying GreetechMEP if your number changes.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your relationship with GreetechMEP, your communication preferences, product campaigns, inquiries, projects, and other business activity. You may receive recurring messages.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for sending or receiving SMS/text messages according to your mobile service plan. GreetechMEP is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

6. How to Opt Out

To stop receiving SMS messages from GreetechMEP, reply STOP to any GreetechMEP text message. After you submit an opt-out request, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After processing your request, GreetechMEP will not send additional marketing SMS messages to that number unless you subsequently provide consent to receive them again. Other commonly recognized opt-out requests may also be honored where supported by our messaging provider.

8. Supported Carriers

Participation is subject to availability from your wireless carrier and messaging provider. Not all mobile devices, carriers, or geographic locations may support every messaging feature.

9. Message Delivery

GreetechMEP will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver SMS messages, but delivery cannot be guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may be delayed, blocked, filtered, or undelivered because of carrier restrictions, network conditions, device settings, invalid or inactive telephone numbers, or other circumstances outside GreetechMEP control.

10. Privacy

GreetechMEP respects your privacy. We do not sell, share, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. 11. Eligibility

You must be authorized to use the mobile telephone number provided for enrollment in the SMS program. By enrolling, you represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the telephone number provided.

12. Changes to the Program

GreetechMEP may modify, suspend, or terminate the SMS Messaging Program or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updated terms will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
